Terms of service

What you're buying

DIBS Full Access is a one-time payment of $399 for 8 weeks of access to the members area of this site: the live DIBS BOT trade feed, trade alerts, your personal trade tracker, and the stocks automation bot when it launches. Access ends automatically after 8 weeks. It does not renew and you are not charged again.

What it is not

• Not financial or investment advice. Trades shown are the DIBS BOT's own decisions, shared for information. Nothing on this site is a recommendation for you personally.
• No guaranteed results. Prediction markets are risky. Past results, including paper (simulated) results, don't promise future results. You can lose some or all of what you trade.
• We never trade for you. We don't access, hold, or control your Kalshi account or your money. You place and manage every trade yourself.
• Not affiliated with Kalshi. DIBS BOT is independent software and is not endorsed by Kalshi or any exchange.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade on Kalshi where you live. You're responsible for following Kalshi's rules and the laws that apply to you.

Your account

Access is for you only. Don't share your login or re-post the members-only trade feed. We can suspend accounts that share access or abuse the site, and refund any unused time when we do.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the site and bot running, but outages and bot pauses can happen (including safety pauses). We may update features or these terms; if a change materially affects what you paid for, we'll tell you by email.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, DIBS BOT isn't responsible for trading losses or decisions you make, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Refund policy

• 7-day refund: email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
• After 7 days: purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it or if we suspend the service.
• How: email us from the address on your account, or use the Help form on your Account page. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email, name (optional), and password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable).
• If you sign in with Discord: your Discord ID, username, and email.
• Purchase records (amount and date). Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Trades you choose to log in your tracker, your alert settings, and notification subscriptions if you turn alerts on.
• Basic sign-in history (time and the page you came from) to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

To run your account, unlock access after payment, send receipts, password resets and trade alerts you asked for, answer support messages, and give buyers their Discord role. We don't sell your data and don't show ads.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Discord (sign-in and roles, if you use them), Resend (email), and Railway (hosting).

Your choices

You can change your email, name, and password, and turn alerts off, on your Account page. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days (we keep payment records as the law requires).

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
